Saido Berahino was at the centre of the biggest kerfuffle of transfer
deadline day on Tuesday but is it getting to him? Far from it.
After West Brom rejected a third and fourth bid from Tottenham,
reportedly including sums roughly equivalent to pocket change and an ice
cream as up-front payment, the striker threw a fit on Twitter and seemingly threatened to never again play under Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace.
The club have reportedly given Berahino some extra time off until Monday in order to clear his head as they try to "repair the damage" but, if the England Under-21s international is tearing his hair out over failing to move to Spurs, he's hiding it well.
